Happy Monday! I work in this beautiful florist shop and my boss has this beautiful vintage sunflower cross stitch! Today I had to make a big sunflower arrangement and it made me sooooooo happy and I giggled as I placed it next to the sunflower crossstitch- reflecting on who stitched this piece ? What is the story behind this cross stitch ? There are so many people who wonder in the shop and are drawn to this piece.... I love how embroidery can really transport us to feeling nostalgic and a lot of emotions! We find sentiment through embroidery and thats definitely because we can feel the love and energy poured into each stitch! That's definitely one reason I love em so much is the way it so deeply connects people! Let me know below one thing that made you smile today?

I added some new stitches today. The brown ones are inspired by some fallen leaves I colleted a few weeks ago. And I finally added a patch over the Facebook logo which I've been wanting to do for a long time! Sorry the photos are sideways and upside-down 😅
