Introduction
Hey everyone, my name is Mickeyas. Glad to be part of this group and looking forward to soaking up as much as I can.
My main goal right now is building additional income streams and getting closer to real financial freedom. Self-storage stood out to me because it scales well, and holds up over time.
At the moment I’m heads-down on the basics: sourcing deals, running the numbers, and getting to the point where I can confidently buy my first facility. Starting small doesn’t bother me at.
Excited to meet people here, hear what’s worked (and what hasn’t) for you, and put in consistent reps. Any advice for someone at the beginning of this is welcome.
