Using strIQ on existing property
Hello, Everyone!
I was wondering if anyone has used the strIQ tool to determine what upgrades and amenities will have the best ROI in your market for an existing STR? I have a two-car garage that is currently not utilized which zip can convert to livablespace and/or addition of amenites. I also have outdoor spaces that can accommodate more amenities. Thank you in advance for the insight!
