What have you practiced today?
Knowledge without practice = information. Knowledge + practice = transformation. There is tremendous power in that small difference. Have you tried the Orange/Golden Flash yet? More importantly… did you practice it again today? Knowing what to do is one thing. Turning it into a daily routine is something completely different. And that's where real change begins. So I'm taking the next step with the Super-Vision Movement. Starting this Sunday, I'm going LIVE every Sunday. We'll meet together, practice a short Super-Vision routine, work on our eyes and bodies, and most importantly, actually practice instead of just talking about practice. Short. Simple. Consistent. My goal is that you leave each Sunday feeling better than when you arrived, and with something you can continue practicing during the week. Who's in? 🙋 I'm adding our first session to the calendar now.

The One Thing To Start The Change
I once read a book called The One Thing by Gary Keller. It talked about finding the one thing we need to focus on to create the change we want. For our eyes, I believe that one thing may be the Orange Flash routine. It’s the routine that Meir Schneider practiced that helped shift his life from being known as “Meir the Blind” to becoming one of the world’s leading teachers of natural vision improvement. I created a lesson around the Orange Flash and put it in the Classroom tab for everyone. When I shared it in Israel, people came back and reported improvements in their vision, including reductions in their prescription numbers. That’s pretty powerful. I also included an exercise I call the Northern Cross. Give it a try and let me know how it felt, what you experienced, and what you think. I’d love to hear your feedback.

Welcome to Super-Vision
👁️ Seeing better is all about practice. If Roni in Israel could reverse wet AMD in two months, you can get rid of your glasses faster than you think. This is the platform for people who want SuperVision, and who believe in the power of self-healing. We want to meet you. 👇 Introduce yourself in the comments and tell us: 1️⃣ Your name and where you are from 2️⃣ What brought you here — your eye condition, your goal, or your story 3️⃣ When did you last practice? — Sunning ☀️ — Palming 🤲 — Long Swing 🌀 — Any other exercise from Meir's system 4️⃣ What is your favorite wellness retreat or healing experience? The more you share — the more we grow together. This community is built on one belief: The eye has a natural rhythm. A natural function. A natural capacity to heal. And we are here to prove it — together — every single day. Welcome to Supervision. 👁️
She burst out laughing...
Every Tuesday and Thursday, I teach a Qigong class on the beach here in Israel, just south of Caesarea, where a great Roman city thrived two thousand years ago. And we end every Qigong session with the Orange Flash routine. It's become a ritual. I don't even have to suggest it anymore, the students ask for it because it feels so good. I put on a couple of songs, and we move or dance, in the sunlight, while giving our eyes a chance to experience natural outdoor light. And when we get to the Orange Flash part, laughter often breaks out. There's something incredibly satisfying about it. If I had to choose one practice for overall well-being, this would be high on my list. It combines sunlight, movement, relaxation, and simply feeling alive. So whenever the sun breaks through, take advantage of it and practice the Orange Flash routine. If you have no idea what I'm talking about, go to the Classroom tab and try it for yourself. And join us for Super-Vision Sunday, where we'll meet for a session of discussion and practice. This Sunday, I'll also share one of the most important stretches I practice. I call it the Miracle Stretch. It's one of the practices that has helped me maintain the flexibility that allows me to do the splits at 62, and I'll show you how to begin wherever you are today. See you Sunday! 👁️☀️ Yaron Fritzco
🍅 The Pomodoro Method: Better Focus, Happier Eyes! 👁️
Did you know that taking regular breaks can improve your productivity AND help your eyes? The Pomodoro Technique is a simple time-management method that encourages you to work in short, focused sessions followed by breaks. It was invented by an Italian medical university student, Francisco Cirillio in 1987. He used a timer in the shape of a tomato, hence the name Pomodoro = tomato in Italian ⏱️ 25 minutes: Focus on your work. 🌿 5 minutes: Take a break, move around, and relax your eyes. 🔄 Repeat four times, then take a longer break of 15–30 minutes. During the 15 minutes break after 2 hours of work, you take an S-13 moment, to loosen your shoulders increase blood flow, increase agility. How does this benefit your vision? When we stare at screens, we tend to blink less and keep our eyes focused at the same distance for too long. This can contribute to dryness, eye fatigue, and blurred vision. During your five-minute break: 👁️ Look into the distance to relax your focusing muscles. 🚶 Get up, stretch, and release tension in your neck and shoulders. ☀️ If possible, step outside and enjoy some natural daylight. These habits can help reduce digital eye strain and support visual comfort while helping the back be pain free and sharpen the mind. You can download an app that keeps the pomodoro timer for free on your phone: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.pomodrone.app&pcampaignid=web_share for the apple version, look for pomodoro timer
