Reason for taking this course
Over all goal is to replace Scott's W2 income through rental income, mainly STR's, in a streamlines manner, so that we can have the freedom to travel and pursue fun hobbies.
I have been doing RE investing for about 30 years and Scott and I started STR/MTR investing over the last 5 years. The "One Thing" that would make this better is to have the right systems in place with book keeping so that we can do what we do best.
