I have a battle going with BT about multiple outages lasting up to three weeks at a time because it’s damaging business.
The plus side, once the ombudsman is finished, B 0nline offer the same service for £13.99 a month I’m getting with BT for £67 a month.
Worth reviewing your phone contracts.
