i think i've gone absolutely bat shit [beware - reading this in its entirety may lead to some crazy stuff] ok so first, i shut my coaching/consulting biz down when it was all going smoothly to start a software company with my wife and our co-founder (that's crazy) && now, i’ve had one final insane idea to close out this chapter I’m calling it the “Micah shuts her biz down special” hahaha Basically… I’m gonna be opening up CATALYST (my business mentorship for nurse coaches) as a course that you can buy but without a set price… lol there will no longer be any 1:1 coaching or group calls (I already shut the doors to that version of CATALYST) but all the material in the community will be available as a one- time purchase. For a whole year of access. 200+ hours of course content. Every call recording I’ve done in the community & bonuses like: example contracts, HSA trainings, coaching session troubleshooting playbooks, cash injection campaigns, and loads more it’s everything i’ve ever taught + you’ll also be added to the CATALYST group chat that i’m going to keep open what’s absolutely batshit about this is when i was trying to think of a price.. i thought: “how about i just make the cost… whatever they wanna pay?” I know… call me insane But there will be no set price point for this I’m letting you pay me whatever the f*ck you want to If it helps to have an idea, my asking price would be $995 (still probably the most affordable business course you’ll find with this much gold in it) But if you can’t afford asking price, all good. you won’t have to. i still want you to have it. I just ask that you pick a price that is actually true to your financial situation something that would create a lot of motivation & commitment to show up without creating any financial strain & if you wanna pay more than asking price to cover those who can’t pay as much, even better! The other day I had a client send me a voice note that went like this: “MICAH! I can’t believe you’re shutting CATALYST down. I can't wrap my brain around closing such an epic business. Whoever follows this WILL have a successful coaching business… hands down.” She went on to try to help me brainstorm ways to keep it alive without killing me in the process (since I will have my hands full with quite a few other things and won't have capacity to maintain the program anymore) So, I wanted to tell you about one of the ideas we’ve had: turning CATALYST into a self-paced course the idea would be that you could get access to all the content inside of CATALYST without any of the coaching or live calls (although you'd have the recordings of every live call we've done in the program) So… I wanted to see what you guys thought of that Would any of you be interested? && if so, What would feel like a no-brainer price point for you to access the CATALYST material? My best guess is there’s probably over 200+ hrs of material on things like - Content - Offer creation - Human Design - Community-centric business models - Lead generation - Sales/enrollment trainings - Designing coaching programs - All live call recordings on various topics with live coaching Etc, etc, etc Point is… it’s a lot of shit and I won’t give it away cause we all know that won’t help anyone But I would love to hear what would feel like a price point that would elicit commitment & motivate you to actually go through it, but still feel like a complete no brainer to you? drop ur thoughts in the comments!
