Welcome to The Podcast Conversion Lab.
Welcome to The Podcast Conversion Lab. Let’s get one thing clear: Most podcast interviews don’t generate clients. Not because you lack expertise — but because there’s no conversion structure behind what you say. This space is for founders, coaches, and service providers who are already doing interviews — but want those interviews to drive revenue. What’s happening here right now: • I’m building this with the right people (clients, partners, and experts across podcasting, storytelling, and sales) • You’ll see free trainings, live masterminds, and real breakdowns of what’s working vs. what’s not • This is a working lab—not a content feed What this is NOT: • Not for beginners chasing exposure • Not for people who just want to “share value” and hope it converts We focus on results. So let’s start immediately: Drop a comment: 1. What’s your niche 2. How many podcast interviews you’ve done 3. Have any of them converted into clients? (yes/no + what happened) No theory — just real data. We’ll build from there.
Am I A Bad Person?
I want to know. On PodMatch I've been invited to a bunch of podcasts where I preview the person's show and I can hardly understand their accent. Am I a bad person for declining the invite? Should I take all the invites I can get? Thoughts?

How to Make Strangers Trust You Fast When You Speak - Brian Miller
Such a great interview! 'Recency bias is a mental error where people give more weight to recent events than to older, long-term facts. It happens because fresh memories are easier to recall than past history.' 'People misunderstand persuasion. It's almost impossible to persuade someone to do something they don't wanna do. Give people the ability to influence themselves. You need them to come to the idea. they need to think in the end of your talk that changing their behavior was their idea.' 'If you want someone to do something different, they have to start thinking different first. –> Here is the new way thinking about the problem / the solution. Then they think 'How do I get started?' Now you give your solution!' 'What's the point of giving the speech if nothing changes?' Your action steps were not understandable, OR they don't think they can do them, OR they are not given the time-frame, OR their old beliefs are not broken! #publicspeaking #keynotespeaking
Interviewing Marlen today on Entrepreneur's Enigma!
I'm interviewing @Marlen Kakkori on Entrepreneur's Enigma today. The episode comes out the 4th of August.
Podcast Guest Profits Masterclass!
I'm excited to be joining @Lady Jen Du Plessis as a guest speaker for her masterclass – Podcast Guest Profits. One of the biggest mistakes I see isn't that people struggle to get booked on podcasts. It's that they treat the interview as the finish line. The real opportunity begins after the episode goes live. I'll be sharing my framework for turning podcast interviews into long-term business assets, including: 1. Podcast Lead Flow – How one podcast interview can continue creating opportunities long after the episode is released. 2. The Hidden Network Around Every Podcast – The overlooked opportunity almost every podcast guest misses. 3. Turn Your Best Podcast Interview into a Sales Asset – Why your best interview might be your most valuable business asset. 🎟 General admission is $27, and 100% of general admission proceeds will be donated to Boulder Crest Foundation. If you're ready to stop letting podcast interviews fade into your content library and start turning them into business assets, I'd love to see you there. 👇 Link in the comments. #PodcastGuesting #PodcastMarketing #BusinessGrowth #ThoughtLeadership #RelationshipMarketing
