You don't have to have set a boundary with your principal or have fixed your sleep to call something a win. A win is any moment where you noticed something you would have missed a month ago. You caught yourself heading out of your window and did something about it. Or you said no to one small thing. You didn't answer the email at nine at night. Or, you got in the car after a hard day and drove home in silence, giving your nervous system a time to regulate. Post them here.
