🔥 Your body has more than one voice
You can run an entire conversation from the control tower in your forehead. Inspect every word.
Check every reaction.
Try to calculate whether you're being warm enough.
Meanwhile, your heart is waiting to be invited to its own fucking life.
In Undoing.U, the body centers give us different doorways.
Heart: warmth, appreciation, connection.
Solar plexus: steadiness, personal power, the weight behind a yes or a no.
Sacral: pleasure, desire, aliveness.
You know the difference between saying something affectionate because it sounds right and saying it while you actually feel affection.
The same sentence can land differently in your own mouth.
That's where chakra work gets interesting for me.
The language becomes something you can explore through feeling. Warmth. Weight. Turn on. The parts of being alive that are hard to micromanage from your forehead.
You don't have to work on every center at once. Let one doorway become familiar. There is no seven chakra renovation deadline.
