Before you send that LinkedIn connection request…
Take a minute and look at the person first.
Not just their headline.
Read their About section.
Look at a couple of their posts.
Notice what they talk about.
See how they interact with other people.
Then ask yourself:
Is this someone I actually want to know?
It's easy to build a large LinkedIn network.
Building a network filled with people you genuinely want relationships with takes a little more intention.
Today, try finding just one person worth knowing.
You don't even have to connect yet.
Start by getting curious.
