Important CEO Announcement!
To my Creative to CEO family, This wasn't an easy decision to make, but after some reflection, I've decided to temporarily suspend the Creative to CEO community. First, I want to say thank you. Thank you for trusting me, believing in my vision, and allowing me to be a small part of your journey as creative entrepreneurs. Over the past few months, it's been incredible watching so many of you grow, gain confidence, ask bigger questions, and start thinking like true CEOs. That has meant more to me than you know. At the same time, I also have to be honest with you. I know I haven't been able to give this community everything I originally envisioned, especially over the past month. When I created this space, I made a promise to show up with excellence, intention, and value. Right now, I know I'm not able to give you the level of leadership, coaching, and consistency that you deserve. And I never want you investing in something that isn't giving you everything I believe it should. Because of that, I've made the decision to suspend the community for now. Here's what that means: Your membership isn't going away. Every single one of you will remain in the community, and you'll always be grandfathered into whatever this community evolves into next. Your billing will be paused, and your monthly subscription will automatically revert to $0. You won't be charged going forward, but you'll continue to have access to all of the existing content inside the community. This isn't goodbye. We have some exciting ideas for what this space could become in the future, and I truly hope you'll stick around to be part of that next chapter when the time is right. Please know this: I am not giving up on my mission to teach, mentor, and help build the next generation of Creative CEOs. Right now, this CEO simply needs to take a temporary step back so I can make sure I'm showing up as the very best version of myself in every area of my life. I owe that to my family, my businesses, my community, and ultimately to all of you.

My All Gas & No Breaks conversation
I found myself writing this in my business journey this morning after my Saturday business meeting with my husband. Sometimes we have to speak to ourselves and not yet speak to each other…. **ALL GAS. NO BRAKES.** Can I remind myself of something? Yes I sure can… Nobody wakes up one morning with a thriving business. Nobody. Behind every "overnight success" are years of second-guessing, late nights, invoices, rejected ideas, canceled orders, awkward launches, pricing mistakes, and wondering if you're just talking to yourself on social media. Welcome to entrepreneurship. Here's the truth: motivation is overrated. Discipline is what pays the bills. There will be days when you don't feel inspired. Create anyway. There will be days when nobody likes, comments on, or buys what you posted. Post anyway. There will be days when you question your pricing, your purpose, your business, and maybe even your sanity. Keep going anyway. Success doesn't usually belong to the smartest person in the room. It often belongs to the one who stayed in the room the longest. Stop waiting to "feel ready." Your business doesn't care about your feelings, it responds to your actions. Want more clients? Have more conversations. Want more sales? Make more offers. Want more opportunities? Become more visible. You can't network from your couch. You can't grow a business by hiding. And perfection has probably cost more entrepreneurs money than failure ever has. Let's be honest... Some days you'll feel like a CEO. Other days you'll Google, "Can I survive on ramen for another week?" Both can happen in the same month. Don't let social media fool you. Most businesses aren't built with viral moments, they're built with ordinary Tuesdays, showing up when no one's clapping, solving problems, and doing the work nobody posts about. Celebrate your wins, but don't camp there. Learn from your losses, but don't live there. The goal isn't to never fail. The goal is to fail forward, fail smarter, and fail less often because you kept learning.
Midweek Reminder - Self Investment
You are your greatest investment. Invest in your mindset before your money. Invest in your discipline before your dreams. Invest in your character before your career. Every book you read, every skill you develop, every uncomfortable conversation you have, every early morning, every late night, and every risk you take is building the future version of you. The truth is, people will invest in your business when they see you've invested in yourself. Stop waiting for permission. Stop waiting for perfect. Stop waiting for someone to validate your vision. Keep learning. Keep creating. Keep showing up. Because the greatest asset your business will ever have isn't your product, your service, or your brand... It's you. So this Wednesday, ask yourself: "What did I do today to become more valuable than I was yesterday?" That answer is your real return on investment.
Sometimes You Have to Stand Alone
There comes a point in every vision where encouragement is no longer enough, you have to decide whether you believe in what God gave you, even when the evidence hasn’t caught up with the promise. I’m learning that support doesn’t always look the way we imagine. People can genuinely love you, believe in you, encourage you, and still not have the capacity, commitment, or assignment to walk with you. And sometimes, that realization can feel lonely. But perhaps there are seasons when God intentionally removes our dependence on applause, numbers, and validation so we can answer a deeper question: If nobody shows up the way you expected, will you still show up for what I told you to do? That changes everything. Because maybe standing alone isn’t rejection. Maybe it’s refinement. Maybe it’s where conviction replaces validation. I’m learning not to measure the value of the vision by the number of people standing beside me. Obedience doesn’t require an audience. So if I have to walk a portion of this journey with fewer people than I anticipated, I will. Because when everything else becomes uncertain, I choose God. I choose obedience. And I choose to keep building.
