Welcome to The Ulitimate Hybrid Athlete
First off, I’m glad you’re here. Joining this community is more than just signing up for a fitness program — it’s a commitment to becoming the strongest version of yourself mentally, physically, and spiritually. One of the main foundations of this program is simple: health is wealth. The way you feel matters. Your energy matters. Your body matters. And the habits you build today will shape the person you become tomorrow. What I teach inside this program is simple — but simple does not mean easy. The workouts, habits, nutrition, recovery, and mindset tools I give you are all things that work. But results only come when you take action consistently. Every success you’ve ever had in life came from repeated action and discipline over time. Now I want you to picture your future self. Peak shape. Strong. Confident. Disciplined. Living with purpose. Building the life, career, and relationships you dream about. Ask yourself: How does that version of you think? How does he act? How does he carry himself when nobody is watching? Your goal is to align your daily actions with that future version of yourself as much as possible. And the truth is, many of the habits you currently have will not take you where you want to go. Growth requires evolution. You have to let old habits and old versions of yourself die so new growth can happen. That process is uncomfortable. It requires sacrifice. But it will always be worth it. Whenever you feel doubt, ask yourself: “What would my future self do?” Trust your gut. Stay disciplined. And seek guidance when needed. Everything inside this community is a tool. Some tools will serve you more than others depending on the season you’re in. My goal is to help you build habits, routines, and a mindset that will continue serving you for the rest of your life. If we can shift the direction of your life by even one degree, your future trajectory could become completely different. I’m here with you every step of the way, and I’m rooting for you.

Example for new members 🚨DO NOT REPLY IN THE COMMENTS. CREATE YOUR OWN POST🚨 Name and location: My name is Cole. I'm 24 and live in San Diego, CA. Goals: I’m extremely passionate about health and fitness, and my goal is to help the people around me experience the same transformation I did. I truly believe when you take care of your physical health, everything else in life starts to improve too — your mindset, confidence, discipline, relationships, and overall happiness. Right now, my main goal is maintaining my physique and staying as active as possible. In the past I’ve trained for things like marathons and specific race times, but currently I’m focused on learning how to dunk a basketball. For reference, I’m 5’10 and around 175 pounds, so I’m definitely not built like a typical basketball player — but I’m committed to giving it everything I’ve got and proving to myself what’s possible through consistency and effort. Background: I grew up in a small suburb outside of Chicago, Illinois. I played sports growing up, but eventually quit everything to pursue skateboarding full time. I’ve been skateboarding since I was 7 years old, and for most of my life that was my entire identity. A lot of people see me now and assume I’ve always been healthy and disciplined, but honestly, I used to be the complete opposite. I was drinking almost every day, eating fast food constantly, neglecting my health, and just living without intention. I was tired all the time, unmotivated, getting sick often, and honestly just depressed. About 3 years ago, I had a really bad skateboarding fall that completely changed my perspective on life. It made me realize how important health truly is and how much I had been taking my body for granted. From that point on, everything started to change. I quit drinking. I started training consistently. I became intentional with the foods I was eating and the habits I was building daily. Slowly, I started noticing massive changes: My energy improved.

New Membie
What’s up! Taking a risk and becoming comfortable with the uncomfortable here. Wanted to join this group, but this inner thought kept telling me not to. Decided to stop listening to it and now I’m here 🫡 I’m 27, videographer/video editor for a marketing agency in Grand Rapids, MI. Avid golfer, skateboarder (20 years on the board, still getting broke off some days for a clip), and picked up running a couple years back. Servant of Jesus. Stoked to take a leap and live in the suck to achieve a greater life that I’m destined for.

Boys, I'm sorry I’ve been gone for so long. But I’m back and we’re gonna get active again. How’s everyone’s summer been so far?
