WHAT’S GOOD!
Yo! My name is Brandon, I’m 29 years old, and I’m from Danbury, CT! I’m 5’9 and currently sitting around 200lbs. Gained about 35lbs in the last year and a half and it’s really beaten up my self confidence. Ngl taking this photo was tough haha.
My main goals at the moment are to build consistent habits around my exercising and eating. Not tryna focus on a number rn.
A little about me: I’m Brazilian so this world cup season is everything even tho we’re really not looking good ahaha! I’m like 1hr15min outside NYC and I love to hang out there on days off. Lived in Sydney AUS for 3 years, love skateboarding, love the beach, and I love making coffee for my friends - hoping to start a cart! 5 years ago I was part of a team that planted a church here in my city, God is still doing His thing, and we just launched our youth ministry!
