Hey guys, quick question. I have a shopping center here asking for a quote for concrete pressure washing based of time and material. Typically we give a quote based off sqft and etc. Have you guys ever given this quote and how would you say the best way to give this type of quote is?

For the guys using responsibid, how do you tier for holiday lights (Basic, Fan Favorite, RJ Special). Setting it up now so I can send stuff out for return clients, just wasnt sure how you guys like letting it up.
