Excuses Can Kill Momentum
An excuse used to avoid accountability, evade correction or even elude embarrassment, does not lead us to growth.
Don’t make an excuse. Acknowledge what your experience is. If you need to improve, acknowledge it. An example: don’t make an excuse for being late, acknowledge the cause. If you’re late due to your own actions, take accountability. If you are late due to the conditions you can’t control, operate with gratitude and still take accountability.
Taking accountability, keeps your power within you.
