Community Standards
This is not a social media feed. This is a development environment. We operate by standards. 1. Identity First You are more than your sport. Everything here is designed to strengthen who you are — mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and physically. 2. Discipline Over Motivation We don’t rely on hype. We build habits. Show up. Stay consistent. Execute. 3. Respect the Ecosystem Respect coaches. Respect peers. Respect the process. No negativity. No ego-driven behavior. 4. Engage With Intention This is not a passive space. Take notes. Ask questions. Offer perspective. Apply what you learn. 5. Accountability is Normal Here We hold each other to a high standard because growth requires it. Correction is not criticism — it’s development. 6. Growth Beyond the Field Leadership. Confidence. Communication. Financial literacy. Self-awareness. If it strengthens you as a person, it belongs here. If you are here, you are here to grow. Lock in. Let’s build something that outlives the season. — Timone

Prioritize What’s Important
The common denominator to joy is how we prioritize and manage self. The better we order our own steps, managing the activities that maintain our wellbeing - the better we are for ourselves and others

Excuses Can Kill Momentum
An excuse used to avoid accountability, evade correction or even elude embarrassment, does not lead us to growth. Don’t make an excuse. Acknowledge what your experience is. If you need to improve, acknowledge it. An example: don’t make an excuse for being late, acknowledge the cause. If you’re late due to your own actions, take accountability. If you are late due to the conditions you can’t control, operate with gratitude and still take accountability. Taking accountability, keeps your power within you.
