New here and excited to connect! 👋
I’m looking forward to learning from everyone and connecting with people who are building businesses around greater freedom, flexibility, and a better lifestyle. What are you currently working toward - more time, more income, more flexibility, or all three?

Intro
I work hospital security on night shifts. In the gaps between rounds I’m building Summit Core — automation and deal-sourcing pipelines in n8n, plus a government procurement angle I’m still digging into. Goal: replace the paycheque with something I own before I’m 30. What I’m hoping to get here: people further down this road who’ll tell me when an idea is bad before I spend three months on it. Happy to trade notes on n8n, scraping, or anything automation — that’s the part I’m actually decent at.
New Here👋
Hey guys, Mitch here. I run a small web agency in Edmonton, Canada, I've been watching Kasim's videos for a little while now. Thank you for sharing the knowledge, Kasim + team! Big win to kick off joining 3X Freedom: after a couple of years of running my business, I was able to purchase my first house. With that, I'm looking forward to meeting with others and taking that next step in growth for my business :)
Stand through it
On Persistance: I'm interested enough in the etymology and philology of words (where they come from and how they change over time) that I run an internet search every now and then when I wonder, "Huh; why do we say that?" That is to say: I trust the first result I read, and only dig deeper if things get interesting (yes; I realize "interesting" is perhaps doing some heavy lifting here.) 😂 Words often change meaning over time, or get pronounced or spelled in different ways. "Ye olde shoppe" is one of my favourites— British spelling for emphasis —because there is a fascinating, yet quite practical reason it looks like "yee" but is actually pronounced "the". But, my message today is about persistence: Roots and History - The Prefix: per-, which means "through". - The Base: It combines with sistere, "to stand". - French Influence: The verb "persister" was adapted to a noun form "persistance". - English Adoption: English borrowed the word, adding a firm or stubborn connotation. Today, the English meaning and spelling essentially reflects the Latin origin! In other words, it has ... persisted! 👏 So have I. I've started negotiations with a client in February. I had an idea for their marketing, communications, and website. It's a bit of a seasonal business: STEAM programming for school children. So, I wanted to get started early, and set a foundation for their Fall operations this year. But they went a different direction. We've kept in touch. I've followed up regularly. They've sent back questions. Yada yada. Essentially, I developed a good bit of rapport (another English word borrowed from the French). Today, I contracted with them to do the work. I couldn't have expected this yesterday, but I feel lighter today. My shoulders have less tension. I'm more harmonious in my interactions with people around me. Something feels right that I didn't even know felt wrong before. I can't attribute that entirely to the completion of this goal, but I'd be ignorant if I didn't realize it's a contributing factor. It's not just the business side of things, either; this is not my biggest client by far.
AI Automation for Real Estate Investors, Agents & Businesses
We’re looking to connect with real estate investors, agents, and real estate businesses that want to improve their operations using AI and automation. Our team has experience building AI-powered systems for lead generation, customer communication, data collection, and business process automation. We’re currently exploring solutions such as: - Instant SMS follow-up for new leads - AI voice agents for incoming and outbound calls - Automated lead qualification and appointment booking - CRM and Twilio-based communication automation - Real estate data collection and monitoring - Foreclosure and public-record data automation - Automated follow-up with sellers, buyers, and investors - Custom AI workflows for repetitive back-office tasks Rather than building generic software, we want to work directly with real estate professionals, understand their current processes and problems, and build automation around real business needs. We’re currently looking for a small number of real estate investors, agents, or companies who are interested in becoming early customers or pilot partners. If you have a repetitive process, lead-response problem, data problem, or workflow that you believe could be automated with AI, I’d be interested in discussing it with you. The goal is simple: understand your workflow, identify where AI can save time or generate more opportunities, and build a practical solution around it. If you are interested plz send dm or mention Whatsapp: +81 80-7797-7027
