Could be oxidation? Take your finger on it and rub it Does it give you a chalky substance similar to the color of the siding? If so you might have oxidation and an oxidation wash could save you here, but to be honest expectations should be set that oxidation is not caused by soft washing, it’s years of being exposed to the sun. Oxidation washes can be an upsale
