Silk shirts are one of those guilty pleasures, that if you really like them, nothing else will take their place. I have three of them, all picked up at thrift stores for less than 10 dollars. The ones I picked up were Italian made, and were originally about 100 to 120 bucks. Every one of them I spent about 35 dollars on having them slimmed up, the sleeves narrowed, and just the overall fit dramatically improved. I love wearing them with high twist wool dress trousers and a nice leather or exotic loafer. It dances the line between elegant and casual perfectly. Really, its up to you, but I love the three that I have, and wear them often. Plus, its a good alternative to linen, and cotton in the summer, as its still breathable.
