99 Ideas but the Book Ain’t Done
You’ve got 99 ideas—scattered across Google Docs, your Notes app, voice memos, random notebooks, sticky notes, a cocktail napkin, and the back of a receipt crumpled up at the bottom of your purse. Seriously enough ideas for six books, three courses, a podcast, and at least one mildly unhinged TED Talk. But the book? It still ain’t done. Because having ideas isn’t the same as knowing what you want to say. And writing more words won’t fix a book that doesn’t have a clear message, strong structure, or a reason for the reader to give a damn. That’s what we work on inside The Articulate Authority. It’s a community for entrepreneurs writing nonfiction business books who want to: - figure out which damn idea is actually THE idea - articulate what they mean with clarity and conviction - turn a pile of thoughts into a book with an actual structure - become stronger writers and editors of their own work - use AI without outsourcing their voice to the robots - write a book that builds authority instead of becoming a very expensive business card And because authority doesn’t stop at the last page, we work on how you communicate those ideas everywhere else too. Content. Podcasts. Emails. Presentations. Sales conversations. 👉 7-day free trial. 👈 If you’re done collecting ideas and ready to actually articulate the ones that matter, come join us. Your 100th idea can wait. 😏

Did You Enjoy the #Ad Sprint? There's More!
If you enjoyed the Ad Sprint, you may want to also check out the 7-Day Get Clear Challenge in my other community, The Build Lab. The Get Clear Challenge will walk you through one lesson and reflection each day to make sure that you are actually creating a Skool community that you will love in the future and that will meet both your needs and the needs of your members. After completing the Get Clear Challenge, you will be able to move directly into Phase Two of the 7 phase Skool Build, which helps you Get Strategic about the community model you have chosen and how you are monetizing or plan to monetize. Whether you are a new community owner or a seasoned owner, the lessons inside the Build Lab can help you to be more intentional and strategic about what you are creating. Taught by an award-winning educator with a Master's Degree in Education, more than 25 years of experience in curriculum and course design (that's me!), I have successfully monetized two communities including one that is in the top 0.1% of Skool. If you are done with the generic advice and cookie cutter templates, then I can't wait to help you build something that showcases your unique skills, talents, and expertise! 😉

We Have A Mascot!
This is a fun one. This morning, I received a DM from @Joe Hache because he has created a mascot for the skool CLASSIFIEDS. Meet "CLASSY"! I'm sure you'll love her as much as I do. Thanks, Joe! You can check out Joe's community, The Creative Jukebox here.

#AdSprint Day 6: Make It Human, Make It Clickable, Make It Pop
All. Most. Done! Today is the day your ad starts to feel finished. 𝗦𝘂𝗯𝗺𝗶𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲 𝗸𝗲𝘆 𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗿𝗮𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝘄𝗶𝗻 𝗮 𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝟰𝟴 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀! You are adding the page almost everyone forgets, tightening your pages so they are easy to act on, and creating the cover thumbnail that stops the scroll. 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟭: 𝗔𝗱𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗕𝗶𝗼 𝗽𝗮𝗴𝗲 (𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗔𝗡𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗢𝗥𝗬 𝗽𝗮𝗴𝗲) Page title: About [Your Name] (or whatever fits your vibe) Include: A photo of you A brief section on who you help and what you are known for A quick credibility line (experience, results, why you care, or what makes your approach different) A clear CTA + link (yes, on this page too) 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟮: 𝗗𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗧𝗔 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗸 𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸 Go back through every page and make sure there is: A clear call to action The link people should click (check they all work) Goal: No one should have to hunt for what to do next. 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟯: 𝗔𝗱𝗱 𝗽𝗶𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽 Add images where they improve clarity or credibility, such as: A simple “peek inside” screenshot A visual of your roadmap or challenge A template preview A photo that reinforces your brand or energy You can also include a VSL (video sales letter) if you have one 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟰: 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗻𝗮𝗶𝗹 Size: 1460 x 752 Your thumbnail should: Use your brand colours Stand out in the classroom Preferably include your photo Use very few words (think 3 to 6 max) Quick content ideas for the words (choose one): Community name only Community name + one short promise One bold outcome phrase 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟱: 𝗔𝗱𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 Create a course title no longer than 32 characters Create a course description no longer than 82 characters Go out of your course and make sure everything you wrote is visible without having to click. 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗼𝘄 Drop one of these when you are done: “Bio is in” “CTAs added” “Thumbnail done” Or post your thumbnail if you want quick feedback. 𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝗮 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗶𝘂𝗺 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝘆𝗲𝘁? It’s not too late! It’s only $3/month, and the ability to place an ad in the classroom is only one of the many perks!
