Is anyone else experiencing a problem importing orders to the PS portal. I'm getting this message 'Failed to send a request to the Edge Function' @Max Murray I've signed out and back in again and it is still there. My Etsy integration is connected too, so not sure if there is a glitch on the system today (was all OK yesterday importing orders).

I was in the middle of uploading 8 listings when I was hit with 2 orders for 3 items: one download for just pennies and then a double-order of 2x A2 posters at once: the first time I've ever got a poster order for more than one and the 2nd largest size I offer too! Not only that, finally, one of those was an original popular poster design and the 2nd was one that followed the advice of "if it's popular, make more variants of that same thing". This is the first surge of activity after a rather painful 8-day dry spell. One thing in this a lesson I (think I) have learned (it's hard because there are so many apparently contradictory factors to consider), is that it doesn't pay (so well) to run a sale for 1 month. Running 1 day sales repeatedly is tough to manage if you're busy at work, and 2 days seemed not to work very reliably for me. My wife runs them weekly and says this works for her well. Time to try that! I look forward to hearing what the experiences of others have been at this time of year, and what factors you believe have an influence on shop success, too. :)

Hi I've signed up to 50 prints a month on the bulk listing I've only listed 32 so far but it's showing as only 10 available. Now I'm no mathematician but surely that's wrong 😂 I've emailed print shrimp but haven't heard anything. Any advice?

Honestly, I got a little excited when I saw it, haha. I knew it was inevitable that I’d receive 1-star reviews at some point, and I’ve actually been waiting for the day it happened. It finally happened today 😂 It was because the print arrived damaged, and I’m already arranging a replacement for the customer, so there’s a chance they may change the review. But for now, I’ve officially got my first 1-star review!
