Try signing in a minute or two before the scheduled time. Works every time for me. I set an alarm just in case.
Using AI
AI in a pinch! I don't have trouble counting the Marcos or doing the math, but when it comes to creating a meal that fits what I need, I blank out. This is when I turn to AI for some inspiration. It has helped me so much to keep the momentum. Today my Marcos are crazy! I have 745 calories left for dinner and the macros are 145-CARBS 9-FATS and 27-PROTEIN How do you even start to meal plan for that in the early stages? Well I went to my Chat-gpt told it what I needed to meet the macros that Matt has outlined and it gave me a few options. This isn't the answer to everything, but this is a helpful tool so you don't get stuck in the beginning. I hope by the end of my journey I have enough macro knowledge that I can do this in my head without even thinking about it. Anyone else use AI for recipe help?

My #1 go-to for breakfast since I started is non-fat greek yogurt with a scoop of protein powder and peanut butter powder mixed in. Delicious and keeps me satisfied. Perfect balance of carbs and protein with a little fat from the powders.
This isn't Diet food...
Messed up early in the day and went over my fats, so we had to come up with big carbs and big protein with as close to zero fat as possible. This meal is absolutely delicious! I DEVOURED it. I couldn't stop eating it. The sauce is 100g 1% cottage cheese and 20g reduced fat cheddar blended and warmed slightly.

what’s the recipe? Want to try.
Struggling
I’ve been struggling with the program since I started two months ago. We’re having some issues at home as my husband has two kinds of cancer and now needs a shoulder replacement. I know I need to be strong for him. I find myself picking the wrong foods to comfort myself. I lose a pound or two only to gain it back. I think I lost maybe two or three inches overall. I just really need to dial in. I could use some encouragement.

Lori, don’t quit. Remember why you started. Taking into account your husband is going through his own battle as you with yours. Make a list of quick go-to foods on your phone and stick with them. Plenty of note apps to help you stay on track. When I’m out of options i look to Matt’s IG page for quick recipes. If I’m on the go I usually go for a small bag of pistachios from a vend machine to tide me over until I can get to better food. Hope this helps!
Floor 1, step1
I'm staying on step1 today. It's so tempting not to log food because I know I shouldn't be eating it or should have chosen a healthier option.

At work there were people passing out brownies after lunch and I was soooo tempted to grab one. Watched others wolf them down but realized its one single confection that could wreck my day. Been pretty good about it. A small baggie of pretzels made me think better thoughts.
