Where are you mostly going to search for information?

Hey @Phil Daru as a coach on the mentorship there use to be a full assessment protocol. Is there a copy anywhere (I can take a look at your fight ready transcript too and I may yet) I'm assessing someonecpreparing for something called a PARE test for Canadian police.

I know all of us do field assessment to just look at performance markers. I’m curious to know what you guys think about laboratory assessments for performance markers and how useful that information may be to you and when you could do that information. For context that would be things like using a metabolic cart for a VO2 max assessment or other metabolic assessments, motion capture cameras for biomechanical assessments, and any kind of force measurement tool for things like total force measure for rate force development. Do any of you do any of that or use data like that that has been handed to you for programming?
