Reality check with a positive reflection
The rating was helpful, I think it is clear, unsurprisingly the finances are what needs some more balance but I will say some other areas are so so much higher then they had been in past years I'm so grateful for my daily environment!
A heart wrenching decision
📅 Daily Check-in - September 4, 2026 💭 Reflection: "Just when I thought this journey couldn't get any tougher. Yesterday Mum & I had to make a heart wrenching decision. The decision was to pull all of Dad's heart meds. He was going to die through one of four possibilities: the rectal cancer with its secondaries, heart failure, COPD, and his circulation shutting off (arterial flow to his legs was very poor). What was the kindest way for him to die? IT certainly wasn't the rectal cancer and it's secondaries; we've seen evidence to that. The doctor said he could go at any time now and that we should spend as much time as possible with him. We haven't even told my siblings or the wider whanau (family) about this. We're just quietly absorbing it all in for the moment. At first when the Hospice Doctor hinted at this option, it threw me off track and my heart stopped for a beat. That was the last thing I was expecting - discussions around pain management yes, discussions around how he should die no. Once the initial shock passed, the observer that has grown in me, looked at Dad staring into space trying to hide the pain from Hospice and then at Mum, slowly wasting away with sheer exhaustion. I realised that agreeing to removing the heart meds was probably kindest on Dad and ultimately on Mum too especially as he's struggling to swallow the tablets now. So why does this feel so heavy? I've been preparing for this moment (well not quite this path) for a while now, since his diagnosis in February this year. Deep down this heavy feeling is because I feel as though I have issued the death warrant. I don't even think he's aware of what we've done - that's probably the hardest part to take in. So for now, we just take it day by day, waiting for the end to come." 📊 Wellbeing Scores: 😊 Happiness: 3/10 ⚡ Energy: 4/10 🎯 Focus: 4/10 😌 Calmness: 3/10 🌙 Sleep Quality: 4/10 🔥 Motivation: 4/10 ⭐ Average: 3.7/10 ✅ Activities from yesterday: 💧 Stayed Hydrated 🥗 Healthy Eating 🍺 No Alcohol

Shifting my story on 'Visibility'
Belief change - It is not safe to be visible to "I'm learning to see and experience the benefits of being visible in my life - those who I am meant to be connected with are now able to find me"
Curious how to stop avoidance
Something the small task - which maybe was too big in term of an open loop is bringing up strong emotion - a big avoidance thing so I'm looking forward to tools for that beyond identification of patterns.
REPLAY IS UP, DAY 1 WAS 🔥
MAKE SURE TO READ THIS! I started with asking a question: how familiar is this cycle? New thing, two weeks of hype, one missed day, shame, quit. Almost every answer was a 10. If that's you, Day 1 is the most important 27 minutes of your week (and probably more then that ;) By the end you'll know why nothing you tried has ever stuck. Not the apps, not the planners, not the courses. And why that was never a discipline problem, and never a you problem. You'll also meet the model behind this whole week: the gap between your current self and the future self you stopped daring to imagine. ▶️ Watch the replay here. Missed the live session? Good, read this twice: This is exactly the moment the old pattern whispers "I'm already behind." Missing a session is human. Disappearing is the pattern. That pattern is the thing we're breaking this week, so press play tonight. And tomorrow it gets uncomfortable. Day 2 is called Your Invisible Cage: masking, people pleasing, overachieving, and who you actually are underneath. For a lot of people this is the day things start to shift. It builds directly on Day 1, so watch the replay before then. We're live again tomorrow at 18:00 CEST · 17:00 UK · 12:00pm ET · 9:00am PT · 02:00 next day AEST. 👇 Comment REPLAY to commit and let us know you will watch it. If you finished day 1, let us know your biggest insights. With love, 💛 Jim

For me procrastination is either ENERGY, CLARITY, or EMOTION really landed among other things. The more the session went on the more it was clear how much EMOTION is a very common reason to not get what we really want to done. Looking forward to working with that I need to be very public for much of the rest of the year.
