Day 4 Done!
My lowest Harmony dimension: Physical - no surprise there. I stopped exercising when the pain gets bad in my body. Has been a pretty hectic downward spiral. Wind-down pattern I noticed: Doing ok with the wind-down. I've been actively replacing screen time with book time for the past few months, but still getting way too much blue light at night and still going to bed way too late. What Jim said about revenge bedtime procrastination is me 100%. Staying up super late just so I can have me time is my worst habit. Morning pattern I noticed: I used to get up at 5am and swim in the ocean every morning. I'm going to start that again - that takes care of movement, sunlight and cold water all in one go. It's the 5am part I struggle with haha. I decided to close my open loop: I sent the email I've been dreading! Admittedly I sent it after hours but I still sent it. And it made me feel: My hear was pounding and my adrenaline spiked. What surprised me: It's shocking to me how such a simple act can make me feel so unsafe.
OMG guys - I DID IT!
I closed the loop - my heart is pounding and my anxiety has spiked, but I sent the damn email and closed the damn loop!!!
Something I use
Hey guys - I don't know if this is ok to share here or not, but I've been using an app called Brain.fm for many years (I'm not an affiliate or anything) but I really like it. I find it helps me to focus on the task at hand. I also find listening to classical music seems to help my focus as well. Does anyone else use music for focus when it all feels too hard?

@Elena Soloviev I really only use it while working - I'm a graphic designer. Like right now I should be working on a specific job for a client but I'm really struggling to focus on just getting started because my brain is pinging all over the place lol! I find the app just helps me get into flow. Sometimes I also use it for white noise while I'm reading if I find my focus wandering too often

Woot! well done Stephanie!
Day 3 Done! This is a tough one to admit.
The belief that's been holding me back most: "I'm not capable/I'm stupid and being invisible keeps me safe" Where it came from: I think this is a trauma and grief response that has been reinforced through multiple incidences throughout my life. My new code: My Future Self statement: "Difficulty was never evidence that I lacked ability. It was evidence that I needed safety, to be heard and a different way into the problem.Even though the adults responsible for providing those things failed me, I forgive them. I am safe and capable to create in all areas of my life." Debugging in progress...
