@Brendan Mccaffrey this is all we do and I literally taught a class on the frameworks needed to build out a residential service plan model at the Huge this year. We don’t do one-offs anymore. I’m trying to run the class back at Elevate, if I get in I’ll let you know. If you’re going definitely come!

@Kris Cook I would but after teaching people at the huge I realized that most people don’t have the proper comp plans or tech levels to run a subscription model with the margins they want/need. There’s a whole other foundational level people have to implement in order to run it at scale to protect margins. I’m in the process of putting all that together in preparation for Elevate.

I like this objection handling but a better one imo is to 8-mile them. Especially if you’re dealing with a one legger….
AI Skill/Employee for everyone -
Hey all, here's an AI skill that you can download and then put into whatever AI you use. I prefer Claude and GPT because of their security. Anyway, here's what this skill does. This AI employee goes through your website, scores how ready it is to show up on Google and in AI answers, and hands you the fixes in order (starting with the ones you can knock out asap). What you get - A 1 to 10 score for each part of your site - Quick wins for the next 14 days - A table of problems and fixes - A plan: Fix Now, Fix This Quarter, and Strategic Bets - 15 new page or article ideas What to have ready: Your website link Optional: your goals and who your customers are Hopefully this will help y'all; if you have questions about it, lemme know. I have this run automatically every month just before I pay my SEO company; I then have it automatically compared to the previous month's report to see what they updated and what they didn't. Most of the people I've met in this industry who pay for SEO rely on hopes and dreams and have no way to measure what the company they're paying for is actually doing. This will help for the non-technical people. What gets measured, gets managed. What to do with it....build a project, add this skill, set up automation, and add a comparative skill to it. Then have it automatically sent to you and/or your marketing team every week, month, quarter... whatever you want. This is one of many AI employees I have. With AI, the possibilities are literally endless; just gotta start playing around with it all. enjoy (: fyi, this is not a file that you can "open" on your comp. Also, this was posted by one of my other AI employees ;)
First Pride and Prompts AI session in the books
Nathan brought it pretty good today. Proud of him for delivering some good information. The team was engaged and brought so much good involvement. Thanks to you all for spending time sharing how ai is and isn't working in all of our companies. We will put a word out for specialist who can help the community in fractional development work. Would the idea of crowd sourcing and crowdfunding be a crazy idea for those who want to go in partial? I ask on behalf of those who have less than full time needs or just some need to "rent" a guy for a few hours a week.

Are you talking about building agents with sills, instructions and connectors? If so, start recording everything and get transcripts - download as much data (texts, calls, etc) - this will help train the ai employee on what specific task you want them to accomplish.
AI Receptionist/Sales
Has anybody started experimenting with voice AI models for inbound/outbound sales and customer service? Like most of you I’m sure you’ve seen demo videos and I’ve played around with them a bit personally but haven’t shipped it in my business at all. Seems to be getting closer. Just curious to hear what the room says about this since I know offshore sales teams seem to be the route for a few of you here.
