If You’re Building on Skool, Check Out Join Skool If you’re trying to grow your Skool community but find yourself wondering what you should actually focus on next, I recommend checking out Mindy’s Join Skool community. One thing I appreciate about Mindy is that she helps you identify the areas where your community may be struggling and gives you practical direction instead of leaving you trying to figure everything out on your own. Whether you’re brand new to Skool or already have a community, you can get support with: ✨ Understanding how Skool works ✨ Community growth and engagement ✨ Visibility and strategy ✨ Community management ✨ Finding other communities and opportunities ✨ Figuring out what to work on when you’re feeling stuck Sometimes you don’t need more information you need someone to help you see where the gap is and what your next step could be. If that sounds helpful, come check out Join Skool. Join Skool with Mindy

@Heather Wilson and that is what the brain doesn't want you to do and keeps youup all night thinking about it. Writing it down lets it know you are keeping it in front of mind sort of speak.

@Valerie Hail That’s a great use for it, especially for those middle-of-the-night thoughts. Writing it down can give your brain permission to stop holding onto it almost like saying, “I don’t have to solve this right now. It’ll still be here tomorrow.” Then you can hopefully settle back into sleep instead of lying there thinking in circles. And only one page used is pretty good!

@Lydia Lowery Busler Yes! And I love that distinction nighttime motivation, morning alignment. Even when we know the tools and practice regulation, those patterns can still show up. The difference is being able to catch that urgency and remind yourself, “This feels urgent, but that doesn’t mean it is.” Then you get to decide whether it actually needs action tonight or whether morning-you gets a vote too.
If you've tried every productivity system and none of them held.
Not the planner. Not the time-blocking method. Not the app you swore would finally be "the one." You've done the work of trying, and it still didn't stick. Here's the thing nobody tells you: it was never a time management problem. It's a self-trust problem. And no calendar has ever fixed that. In this free workshop, I'm walking you through exactly what's actually happening underneath the busywork the redrafting, the inbox-clearing, the "one more thing" you say yes to instead of the no you actually need to say. It looks like productivity. It's actually avoidance. And once you can name it, you can finally catch it — in the moment, not just in the aftermath. You'll leave with a real tool (not another system to abandon in a week) built for the exact moment this pattern shows up. 🗓️ The Hidden Cost of Productivity 📅 Sept 24 @ 9am 🔗 hidden.lisaadamscoaching.com If this is the tenth thing you've tried good. This one's built to hold.

@Des Dreckett yes in so many ways.
Switched your Skool from free to paid? Check one number before you keep it
Open your admin dashboard and look at the last 30 days. How many new members joined? And how many went from free trial to paying? If the answer is zero, switch back to free today. Here's why, in plain terms. Charging doesn't create demand. It filters it. A paid gate only works when enough people are already arriving, and enough of them already trust you, that some of them will pay to get through. The price catches people who were coming anyway. If nobody is coming through, the gate isn't filtering anything. It's just a wall. And a wall in front of an empty street tells you nothing about whether people would pay. So zero joins after going paid doesn't mean "paid doesn't work for me". It means you've got two problems the paywall is now hiding: → Traffic. Not enough people are finding the community in the first place. → Conversion. The ones who do find it aren't convinced enough to commit. Neither gets fixed behind a paywall. Both get fixed in the open, where people can walk in, see the value, and tell you what's missing. The rule I'd use: Stay paid only if it's converting. If it isn't, go back to free, fix traffic and conversion, and put the price back on once people are queuing at the door. What did your last 30 days show?
