Good start to the morning . Training with the lads at penalta. Finished the day over at daughter’s house crushing bricks all day.

We went out to do 8 miles, but he twisted his knee a bit so we cut it short to 6. But it’s such a blessing to have one on one time, some shared hardship and fun experiences.
