Challenge deadline extended + Blueprint access update
Hey Harmony fam! I'm really doing my best to catch up on all messages. This weekend I've blocked out a full day to go through the final open messages and then i'm fully on track again. Thanks for your patience! Now a couple of updates. 1) Challenge extension I originally said the challenge would close today, but because so many of you reached out saying you still want to finish, we've decided to keep it open until Sunday midnight end of day. If you're still working through it, you've got a bit more time. Use it. 2) Blueprint access Some of you have finished the challenge but haven't received the Blueprint invite yet. Here's what's happening: once a day, I unlock access for everyone who has completed the challenge. The catch is that your Skool email and your Harmony AI email might be different, which means I can't always make the connection automatically. Here's how to fix it so I can get you in: 1. Open Harmony AI https://app.adhdharmony.com/ 2. Go to edit profile (see the screenshots below) 3. Add your Skool email there 4. Make sure your challenge is fully finished Once both are done, you'll be picked up on the next daily unlock and get your access. If you've already finished and your emails happened to match, you should already have your invite waiting. If not, just add the Skool email in Harmony AI and you'll be in soon. 3) Final spots Last thing. There are only 10 spots left in this cohort. If you've been on the fence, this is your final chance to join us: https://go.adhdharmony.com/ With love, 💛 Jim

An exciting new way to understand how to improve my life with ADHD
I just completed the ADHD Awakening Assessment and my ah-ha moment is: I'm the shoemaker without shoes. Forty years designing beautiful homes for clients while my own creative life sits in a storage room collecting dust. My executive function isn't broken - it's externally calibrated. I deliver brilliantly when there's a client and clear parameters. The work of this season is becoming a worthy recipient of my own talent. The studio is calling. I'm excited and inspired and feel the weight on my shoulders has been lifted.

"My executive function isn't broken - it's externally calibrated. I deliver brilliantly when there's a client and clear parameters." Resonance and relating so much to that. It has been part of my conversations with Sage, which of course has been quite helpful.
Movies about ADHD
I was going to post this as a question - so instead I googled it and here's what I got ----- I would love to hear any thoughts anyone has and / or other movie ideas, critiques etc about movies and ADHD from Google: The best, most comprehensive documentary about ADHD is "The Disruptors" (2022), which highlights how people harness ADHD for success and provides a realistic, positive look at neurodivergent lives. Other top, highly-rated, and often recommended films include: The Disruptors | ADHD Documentary +2 - Best Documentary: The Disruptors (2022) - Focuses on trailblazers and children with ADHD, featuring experts like Dr. Russell Barkley. - Best ADHD Experience: Everything Everywhere All at Once (2022) - Frequently cited for simulating the chaos, fast-paced, and impulsive nature of an ADHD brain. - Best Representation (Fiction): The King of Staten Island (2020) - Depicts a young man with clear ADHD symptoms. - Best High-Energy/Hyperfocus: Scott Pilgrim vs. The World (2010) - Mirrors the high-speed, intense focus of ADHD. - Best Family/YA: Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Lightning Thief (2010) - Features a protagonist with ADHD and dyslexia.

@Leonie Osborne In times like these and I've misplaced my phone, I just ask "Computer (Alexa) where's my phone?" and it rings.
Day 1 Identity
Day 1 I have a bookshelf of books on ADHD, Neurodivergent brains, and changing your life. None of those books gave me this message from Day 1. "FOR REAL CHANGE TO HAPPEN YOU HAVE TO START AT THE IDENTITY LEVEL" I'm not sure how to do that but I am eager to learn.

@Sharon Markell Fien I hear you. Here's a small excerpt from a podcast with Gregg Brayden and some of his thoughts. He was addressing AI taking over spirituality. It's a fascinating and long talk on the YouTube channel "Inspired" with Jean Nolan. It's from August 2025 if you wanna search it.

Cracked open by a late diagnosis
Just finished all 3 sections of my ADHD Snapshot and realised something I've been hiding from myself: I've spent years preaching "know yourself, love yourself" to other people while never once practising it on me. Diagnosis cracked it open. Now I'm watching my "curious academic brain" finally point inward instead of outward and it's terrifying.
