Food for work
Greek yogurt, protein powder and berries for breakfast. Couple of extra seeds thrown in for a bit of crunch. Mid morning snack couple of boiled eggs to keep me going Lunch. Mikes spicy 🌶️ chilli with boiled potatoes Same menu from Monday to Tuesday. Keeping it simple What have you had today. Be nice to see what everyone else is having also? Good or bad it’s all good

Cohort catch up
Great to put some faces to names all. Amazing opportunity we all have to build something special in the coming weeks and months not just individually but as a group. Let’s support each other throughout the process and have some fun with it along the way.
