Today, I spent some time exploring GoHighLevel (GHL) and getting hands-on with CRM and lead management.
Here’s what I worked on: - Added and imported contacts - Explored pipelines and lead management - Learned how to move leads between different pipeline stages - Created a workflow that automatically adds a lead to the pipeline when someone submits a form The most interesting part was connecting the form submission to the pipeline through automation. Instead of manually adding every new lead, the workflow handles that step automatically. I’m learning that the real value of automation isn’t just saving time it’s building systems that make everyday business processes simpler and more organized. One step at a time, one workflow at a time! 💡 #GoHighLevel #GHL #WorkflowAutomation #CRM #LeadManagement #LearningByDoing

@Malik Ahmed thank you for the encouragement and suggestions! I’ve been building on that foundation by working on appointment confirmation workflows, automated SMS and email reminders and pipeline tag updates in GoHighLevel.

@Bharti Kaith Thank you! I’ve continued building on that foundation by working on appointment booking confirmations, automated SMS and email reminders, and pipeline updates in GHL. It’s been a great learning experience and I’m looking forward to exploring more advanced workflow automations.
3 calls in 90 days to 20 qualified calls in 30 days. What we changed for a lending CEO.
John runs a funding company. Before we started, he had booked 3 appointments in the previous 90 days, all from referrals. His offer was fine. His calendar was the problem. Week 1 was setup. Week 2 the first qualified replies came in. Week 3 the first booking landed. What we changed: 1) One platform, one message. LinkedIn only, one opener, and we did not rewrite it for 30 days. Every rewrite resets the data. 2) A fixed follow-up ladder. Day 1, 2, 3, 4, then 6, 8, 10, 12. Most of his bookings landed after follow-up 5, not on the first message. 3) No calendar link in the first message. Once someone showed interest we offered two specific times in their timezone. The link went to people who had already said yes. Result: 20 qualified calls in 30 days, from a list he already had access to. One client, so I am not claiming this holds everywhere. The pattern I keep seeing is that the leak is in the follow-up count, not the offer. How many touches does your sequence send before you drop someone?

Interesting breakdown! I agree that consistent follow-up can make a real difference, especially when prospects don't respond to the first message. Automating the sequence while stopping it when someone replies or opts out can help keep the process organized without overwhelming potential clients. I also like that you tested one message long enough to learn from the data instead of constantly changing things.

Welcome @Yusef Haj , best of luck for your journey.
🚨 How many potential customers are you losing after sending a quote?
Imagine a Home Service company sends a customer a $2,000 repair or replacement quote. The customer says, “I'll think about it.” Then… nobody follows up. The lead goes cold and the job goes to a competitor. Here's how I'd solve this with GoHighLevel automation: 👇 ✅ Automatically trigger a follow-up when a quote is sent. ✅ Send a personalized SMS after an appropriate delay. ✅ Notify the team when a customer replies or shows interest. ✅ Stop the follow-up sequence when the customer books or opts out. No more relying on someone to remember every lead manually. The goal isn't to spam customers. It's to follow up at the right time and make it easier for them to take the next step. 💬 Home service business owners: What happens after you send a quote today? Does your team follow up consistently or does it depend on someone remembering?

This is a great use case for GoHighLevel automation. Following up at the right time can help businesses recover leads that might otherwise go cold. I especially like the idea of stopping the sequence when a customer books or opts out, keeping the process relevant rather than overwhelming customers. Sometimes, a simple follow-up workflow can make a real difference in converting quotes into jobs.
haring this because someone asked me what consistent content actually looks like over time and I thought the numbers were worth showing.
550 million views in 365 days. 1.5M new subscribers. 3.2M watch hours. $9,537 in estimated revenue from the channel alone, not counting what the inbound leads generated on top of that. This is one client account running on the same system the whole time. No viral tricks. No paid promotion. Just content going out consistently while they focused on their actual work. The part that stands out to me most is the subscriber growth, 188% more than the previous year, because that's compounding audience that keeps growing even when nothing new is posted. Curious if anyone else here has seen a similar compounding effect when content runs consistently over a long period versus sporadic posting?

These numbers really highlight the value of consistency over time. While working on social media automation, one of the biggest benefits I see is maintaining a regular publishing schedule without adding more manual work. The interesting part is how consistent content can compound into long-term audience growth. Great results!

@Chetan Mishra Haha, thank you! Absolutely, reducing repetitive work gives people more time to focus on the creative and strategic side of things. I’m currently working on social media automation and exploring ways to make these workflows more practical and reliable. I appreciate you reaching out and look forward to connecting!
