Hey all, not sure how many of you here are using SMS to land clients but i thought this might be super useful if you are as i know Clay had some killer lesosns on this & interviews!! so wanted to drop it here and not just in my community :) would love to hear if this matches your experience! we've basically been heads-down building out the best AI assistant we can for our agency lead flow as we're at a point in scale up where it's either this or hire.. Booking, nurturing, chasing people who go quiet etc Now, to do it properly so every response wasn't just complete word-salad slop.. we went back through every single conversation we've ever had with a contractor over the last few years and read the lot by hand. 161,312 messages....give or take a few we did all this so you don't have to, so we can spead up the learning curve, why do something new when you can copy what works, right? Every reply Every objection Every thread that died on us The point was to understand exactly what gets a response, gets a BOOKING, and what gets ignored, so the assistant sounds like a person instead of a marketer Turns out there's a lot in there Some of it made us wince....😂 A few that stood out: - Replying faster made no difference at all... - When someone asked the price and we gave a straight number, 39% booked. When we saved it for the call, 0% did... - When they picked their own time, 45% booked. When we offered slots, 14% - Someone texted us "yes set it up" and we got back to them 189 hours later... We've put all of it into an artefact you can scroll through, with the actual texts in it. typos and swearing left in as i need you all to be conditioned and prepared for this... what they say to us.. what killed the conversation, and what got a yes. go through it, use it, take whatever's useful & let me know your thoughts or own experience in the comments 👇👇👇 https://claude.ai/code/artifact/44b46041-8e96-4034-8caa-cf524bc0b4b6
