🏠 What’s Your REAL Property Goal?
Let’s be honest… Most people don’t get into property because they simply want to own more houses. They want what property can give them. More income. More freedom. More security. More time with family. Or simply the ability to stop relying on one source of income. But here’s where people get stuck… They see someone making money from HMOs, another person smashing Buy-to-Let, someone else doing flips or commercial conversions and suddenly they feel like they need to do everything. You don’t. The best strategy is the one that fits YOUR goals, circumstances and risk appetite. Small wins
Good morning everyone. Just thought id share some small wins ive had, some might say its just part of the process but as a coach ive always taught to work towards small achievable wins, big dreams are fine but unless you take action thats all they will ever be! So set small achievable goals along the way to keep you motivated. This week im on holiday with my kids but in the evenings when they are asleep im doing all the little things to get moving forward, ive registered my LTD company, desined my logo, ive started sourcing deals, ive set up my compliance, got builders to go to propertys and get refurb qoutes and ive set up meetings for next week with 3 potential JV Partners. And if they dont cone to anything ive a back up plan to package the deal and move onto the next. I have big dreams and ambitions but first im taking action and keep moving forward each day. So id say to you all just do one thing each day that moves you one step forwards towards your goals! Hope you all have a great day wherever you are. 🙏
