❝Aloof is a word that is missing from your vocabulary. Aloof people don’t display affection. They are emotionally detached, distant or just generally uninterested. They don’t want to take part. Don’t share much about themselves. They’re quiet. From the outside, aloof people definitely get bad reputation. Cold. Ignorant. But this is where the nuance is, aloof individuals don’t normally bear ill will. They just want distance.❞
