RETATRUTIDE IS A TOOL. NOT THE SOLUTION.
RETATRUTIDE IS A TOOL. NOT THE SOLUTION. I want to talk about something I think a lot of people are missing when it comes to Retatrutide and GLP-1s in general. Everyone wants to talk about the weight loss. And yes, the numbers with Retatrutide are pretty crazy. But that's not what I think makes these compounds so valuable. I think one of the biggest benefits is that they can give you something most people desperately need when they're trying to change their body: PROGRESS. Think about how many times you've started a diet. You're eating better. You're going to the gym. You're doing everything you're supposed to do. Six weeks later you've lost three pounds and you're thinking... Why the hell am I doing all this? That's when most people quit. But when you start seeing progress, something changes. You get motivated. You start making better food choices. You start training consistently. You start drinking your water. You start prioritizing protein. You start seeing the person in the mirror change. And now you WANT to keep going. That's how I think these tools should be used. Not as a replacement for doing the work. As a tool that gives you an opportunity to BUILD the habits you're going to need when the tool is eventually gone. Because if you lose 40 pounds but never change the habits that got you there in the first place, what happens when your appetite comes back? You're right back where you started. So while you're getting results: Lift weights. Eat enough protein. Learn how to eat. Build your routine. Get your sleep right. Move your body every day. Build the lifestyle while you have the advantage. Because eventually the question isn't going to be... "How much weight did I lose?" The real question is: "Who did I become while I was losing it?" That's the part no peptide can do for you. I'm curious where everyone stands on this. Do you think GLP-1s should be looked at as a long-term medication, or as a tool to help someone build a completely different lifestyle?

Do you want to learn from your bloodwork ??
I wanted to take a minute to publicly thank Biohack Bill and also share my experience with everyone in this group. A couple of months ago I was on one of Bill’s live Q&As and he told me to send over my bloodwork and he’d take a look at it. I took him up on the offer and I sent him quite a bit. It wasn’t just basic bloodwork. I sent over a very comprehensive panel, my methylation testing and some genetic testing I had done as well. Bill took his time with it and when I got it back I was honestly blown away. He put together roughly a 16 page review going through my bloodwork, methylation results and genetics. It was easily the most comprehensive review of my bloodwork I’ve ever received. But what impressed me most wasn’t just the amount of information. It was how he put everything together. Bill went through the markers that looked good, the ones that needed attention, what I should keep an eye on going forward and things I could actually do to improve them. And despite all of Bill’s knowledge about peptides, optimization and longevity, his answer wasn’t simply take this peptide, add this supplement and you’re good. A lot of it came right back to the fundamentals. Move. Train. Eat better. Get the basics right. Track the important markers. Keep making progress. Then build and optimize from there. That’s something I really respect. Bill brings a pretty unique combination of experience to the table. He’s spent a lifetime in personal training, he’s a Master Trainer with extensive nutrition and fitness education, he’s continuing his education in functional health and he’s deeply involved in peptides, health optimization and longevity. He also owns a peptide company and has his hands in a lot of different areas of the health and wellness world. More importantly, he seems genuinely interested in helping people understand why they’re doing something instead of just telling them what to do. He’ll also tell you when you’re doing something right. He gives you the knowledge and education but he’ll give you the pep talk too. Sometimes hearing you’re making progress, keep going, now let’s work on the next thing is just as important.
What's Draining Your Battery the Most?
If your body had a battery percentage right now, what would be draining it the fastest? 1. Work stress 2. Poor sleep 3. Training too hard 4. Nutrition 5. Relationships/life 6. I don't take enough downtime And here's the bigger question... What are you actually doing to recharge?
90 Days To A New You
YOU ARE 90 DAYS AWAY FROM A NEW YOU I don't want to age myself, but I got my personal trainer certification 23 years ago and have held 8 specialty certifications since then. But here's the truth: all those certifications mean nothing unless you can produce results. After training thousands of people in almost every situation you can think of, I've learned a lot along the way. Today, I'm 6 feet tall, weigh 205 pounds, and walk around under 8% body fat. I am my own billboard. And one of the biggest things I've learned is that getting results doesn't have to be as complicated as people make it. You are only 90 days away from becoming a new you. But if you can't dedicate yourself to sticking to a plan for 90 days, then let's be honest—you aren't ready yet, or you don't want it bad enough. Unless you're dealing with a medical condition that needs to be addressed, there is no reason to accept walking around every day feeling like crap, having no energy, being unhappy with what you see in the mirror, and doing nothing about it. HERE'S THE "SECRET" Most of you are going to read this and think: "It can't really be that simple." It is. I'm walking proof, and so are the people I've trained. 1. Lift weights at least 3X a week. Follow progressive overload. Every week, work toward increasing your reps, increasing the weight, or improving your performance. Don't just go through the motions. Give your body a reason to change. 2. Get 10,000 steps every day. Walk. Move. Stop overcomplicating it. 3. Prioritize protein. A simple target I use is around 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight per day, adjusted when needed for the individual. Build your meals around quality protein sources, especially meat, eggs, fish, and other whole-food protein sources. 4. Keep your carbs simple. Get the majority of your carbs from: Rice Potatoes Vegetables Fruit You don't have to be afraid of carbs. You need to understand where they're coming from and how much you're eating.
