Hey Folks, You may remember my interview with Alex Lee, the young entrepreneur working on his own fragrances. He's another young perfumer I'm proud of, and I wish him nothing but great success. With that, I'm honored to wear another fragrance he created as a collaboration. I quoted this as "...a true boozy, meady, honey fragrance with a fresh backbone of tobacco," and it is. Some lighter lifting notes like green apple and mint make this fragrance great for warm or rainy weather. I can state that, on an emotional level, with the rain and cloudy skies while listening to "The Rings of Power" soundtrack, this fragrance is hitting all the feel good ticks. Sillage is great, strength makes it office-safe, and notes of honey, cedar, cashmere wood, and tobacco bring warmth like an intimate, prolonged hug. It got me a few compliments; that's all I'm stating.

I originally ordered this in a 34ml bottle but they shipped me the 10ml and wouldn’t let me exchange it even though it was totally unopened, a practice I totally dislike about the brand, Dua. Anyway, Desert Reflection is an excellent dupe of Reflection Man at a fraction of the price. Top: rosemary, bitter orange, red pepper Heart: neroli, orris, jasmine, yang-ylang Base: vetiver, patchouli, sandalwood, cedarwood This fragrance has the same floral and woody aspects of the OG and I highly recommend it because of its proximity to the original.

Jomashop just launched a 20% off sale on some high-end brands like Creed and Amouage (it’s killing me… Of course, they launched a sale on Jubilation XXV literally the day after I bought it on another site for more). They also just listed testers of D&G Velvet Zafferano with a picture of what looks like the UAE edition, which is very hard to find - so I scooped one of those up and it looks like they have more to go
