I'm a founder currently building an AI-related company, and I recently moved to the Seattle area partly because I wanted to be closer to the startup and founder energy here.
I'm especially interested in getting better at sales. ICM is part of how I'm thinking about the sales process, but one of the main reasons I'm in this community is to sharpen the actual sales skills around it and learn from people who are much stronger in that area than I am.
Tonight I went to my first real business networking event since before COVID. I wasn't there to pitch or make sales. I just wanted to start building relationships, meet founders, and get a foothold in the local community.
It ended up being a great crowd with a lot of energy, and it reminded me how much I enjoy being around people who are building things.
Pretty stoked to be doing business in a city with this much tech and founder activity and I am looking forward to learning sales in this community.
