Hey @Jenna Mok - here is a LINK to my assessment video I’m requesting an assessment and for my back, hips, and left-sided symptoms. My imaging showed mild levoscoliosis in the lumbar spine, with rotation centered at L4, and mild scoliosis in the upper thoracic spine. At L5–S1, there are degenerative changes, an annular fissure, and a shallow left-sided disc protrusion contacting the left S1 nerve root. My cervical imaging showed reversal of the normal curve with focal kyphosis at C5, as well as slight movement of C3 relative to C4 during flexion and extension. My symptoms are mostly left-sided, extending from my lower back and hip through my rib cage, shoulder blade, and neck. I also have sciatica down my left leg. I’m not sure which parts of this pattern relate to the sciatica and which may relate to pain or altered alignment. I’d especially like help assessing my weight distribution, hip and pelvic movement, and glute activation. I’m looking for exercises that can help me build strength and improve balance between my hips while protecting my back, avoiding excessive aggravation of my left hip joint, and strengthening the muscles that support and stabilize it. Thank you in advanced ☺️
