Hey everyone, I wanted to open up a discussion today about the deeper work we are doing in this 31-day challenge. Lately, I’ve been reflecting on how heavy life can feel. When you carry a lot of weight, sometimes it feels like you can’t breathe or think clearly. It’s so easy to fall back into old patterns and old identities that we are actively trying to break. We are here to renew ourselves—both in mind and body—and that is a real challenge. But this morning, I woke up with a total shift in energy. Usually, I have the Happy Cells/Happy Brain song playing in my head, but today a completely different tune came to me. It was a song about embracing your "today"—whatever your today looks like—and just choosing to feel happy and grateful. The lyrics reminded me: I am happy. I am grateful. I am already healed, getting stronger, and getting better every day my vessel feels... (those who know the song know the rest! 😉) It made me realise that finding happiness and light at the end of the tunnel takes active work. It takes effort. Most importantly, it takes substance, not just symbols. We have to constantly feed our subconscious mind with the positive truths of how happy, healthy, and well we are until it truly believes it. It is so good for us to share one another’s burdens on this platform. I’d love to hear from you all today: How are you rewiring your subconscious mind during this challenge? What "old identity" or pattern are you actively choosing to step back from this week? Let's talk in the comments below! 👇🏾
