STABL training
Here are my STABL training answers to share in the community:
Module 1:
For fall risk, my mom's score was 6.
What stood out to both of us is that she is concerned that she'll fall. She said that she had to admit that.
Module 2:
She said that her top change is to stop being careless about putting tripping hazards on the floor.
Module 5 (Level 2):
She started level 2 on Wednesday. She said that none of the exercises challenged her.
Module 7:
One of her goals is to feel steady when carrying something in one hand along sideways slopes. Another is endurance.
Module 8:
I remind her about her exercises. She decided that she wants to do them every day, which is good because she tends to skip days when it comes to things like that.
I also explained how it's helpful to have a rountine time of day to do them.
Module 9:
I've learned a lot from this course and am very thankful. I'm looking forward to seeing improvements in the strength and balance of seniors around me.
