I just added a new course to the Classroom: Social Media, Editing & AI Playbook. Why I built it: I run CD Elite by myself. Nobody else edits my videos, writes my captions or answers DMs at 11pm. Social media is where most new clients and Hub members find me, but doing it well was taking hours I’d rather spend on patients. So I built a system and use Claude as my strategist, editor and content assistant. It doesn’t make up my content. It turns the work I’m already doing into posts. What’s inside: - What 200 of my posts showed: real numbers on what drove follows and saves, and what flopped - The strategy: two content lanes, the format library, weekly mix, hook system, and the clinical credibility standard - The reel edit, step by step: hooks, cuts, captions, sound, safe zones, and a checklist before you post - Setting up AI: brand rules, turning YouTube videos into a plan, and pulling clips from calls you’re already on - The daily system: a daily content plan, plus how to turn comments into DM conversations - Case study: a 6-second reel that brought in 160 followers - 16 copy-paste prompts for every step A few things my own data showed me: - Watch time was the dividing line. Reels averaging 13+ seconds watched had a median of 47,514 viewers. Every other group was under 650. - My best reel (peroneus tertius) reached 189,320 people and sent almost nobody to my DMs because it had no ask. - 76 scheduled posts with one-line captions averaged 11 viewers each. Volume without packaging gets you nothing. You don’t need to be technical, and you don’t need a new subscription. Everything runs on Claude and the apps already on your phone. Where to start: Classroom → Social Media, Editing & AI Playbook → “Why I built this.” Then run Prompt 12, “Audit your own posts.” It’s the most useful thing I’ve done for my social media. Comment below: what’s your biggest roadblock with posting? Time, ideas, editing, or turning views into clients? I’ll point you to the section that fixes it.
