I recently had a private client with a Subtalor Joint Coalition Resection. Came to me 4 months P/O still having issues. Strength and ROM are all good. Increased hyper pronation on operative side. Also, decent true leg length discrepancy.
Interested to see if anyone has seen one before? What were outcomes, perils or tips?
