CalSync for Remarkable - The Woes Continue

So a week after buying this software and about 12 emails, 4 hours on the "support" chat app, I finally, was able to get past the subscription authorization page and use the software. Here's my experience:

Calendar Syncing works - but only if you manually regenerate the planner and manually push it to your Remarkable. There does not appear to be any automation.

2.Tasks sync with Microsoft To Do but intermittently. Despite what the Website and the App itself says, you cannot move the task to the next day by drawing a line. Tasks deleted in Microsoft To Do still appear in the CalSync planner PDF even after a re-synch or regeneration

3.Todoist integration is a bit of a joke. It does work when you first connect to Todoist but are not deleted when you tick them nor are they moved to the next day when you draw a line on the task. When you regenerate a planner a second time, all your Todoist tasks vanish. You need to unlink Todoist in Settings and relink with a freshly-generated Todoist API code. Yes, the software is that poor

4.The app itself seems to lock itself every day or so. You need to deauthorise your PC and re-enter you licence code

Disappointing experience. There's a kernel of a really good idea here - just a pity the concept of workable software and customer support seems alien.
