Here's a prompt I use when I need social content fast and don't want to stare at a blank screen: "Write 5 short social posts for this listing. One for Facebook, one for Instagram, one for LinkedIn, one Google Business Profile update, and one text blast to past clients. Keep each under 80 words. Use this listing info: [paste address, beds/baths, price, 2-3 features]." Paste it into ChatGPT or Claude, drop in the listing details, and you've got a week's worth of posts. Some of the screens and setups in the old videos don't look the same anymore, so I've spent the last couple of weeks redoing the videos to catch them up.
