BUILDERS !!!!
When building relationships with builders or realtors I am looking to work with I introduce myself and let the know what I do I let them know how I can be of assistance to them and how I will bring all my off market deals to them at a premium price and if they are willing to work with me these are the 5 questions I ask keep it’s very simple and too the point !!!
