Good Morning everyone..I had an opportunity to visit one of the properties I looked at in Lynchburg over the weekend. The property is all boarded up, but the neighbor who was outside in the yard didn't mind telling me as much as he knew. He even said him and his wife thought about buying it. That it needs alot of work inside but the homes in the are ARV is between 250/300. That the owners wanted 6k for it. I kind of just left the idea in his head in case he sees the owners like he said he sometimes does, that I'm looking to make a 8k offer, if they really want to sell. We'll see.
