Welcome to Foss Performance🧭
This Is Your Roadmap If you’re reading this, you’re officially inside the system. This is not a content library. This is not a motivation hub. This is a performance system built on structure, sequencing, and execution. Read this once. Then move through it in order. BEFORE YOU GO ANY FURTHER This pinned post assumes you have completed Steps 01–04 from the Welcome Email. That means: → Trainerize account active + consultation completed → PAR-Q submitted → Nutrition survey completed → Skool account fully set up YOU MADE IT THROUGH STEPS 01–04 That matters, nice work. From here, continue with Onboarding Phase 1 below. EXECUTION ORDER Your focus now is foundation, not intensity. The goal of this phase: → Establish structure → Build consistency → Remove overwhelm Follow the steps exactly in order. STEP 05: ORIENT YOURSELF TO THE SYSTEM You do not need to consume everything. You just need to know where things live. → Community — questions, wins, feedback → Classroom — training & nutrition education → Resources — trackers, templates, tools → Calendar — coaching calls & live sessions No noise. Only what moves the needle. Spend at least 15 minutes browsing. Specifically the classroom. STEP 06: COMPLETE THE ONBOARDING COURSE 📍 Classroom → Begin Your System Setup This step is non-negotiable. The Onboarding Course includes: → Expectations & communication standards → Systems navigation (Trainerize + Skool) → Personal inventory → Habit Audit (inside the course) → Initial setup checklist Move through the lessons in order. Do not jump ahead. This course sets your coaching direction. STEP 07: ADD GROUP CALLS TO YOUR CALENDAR 📍 Calendar Tab Consistency beats intensity. Block the time. Show up prepared. Engagement compounds progress. STEP 08: COMMENT ON THIS POST Introduce yourself: → Name → Age → Location → Goals → Current struggles This is your ticket to Step 09. No comment = onboarding paused. STEP 09: SCHEDULE YOUR ONBOARDING DEBRIEF CALL Once you’ve completed the Onboarding Course and Habit Audit, book your call

📣 Community Update + Bringing Back Group Calls
Quick update on communication for the community. The Instagram group chat has been freezing on my end and preventing my messages from going through . A few clients also don’t have Instagram, I initially looked at moving us to Discord, but after thinking it through, it actually makes way more sense to just leverage our Skool plarform here as our main community hub instead of adding another platform. This keeps everything in one place: • community discussions • coaching resources • call recordings • wins and accountability • program updates So moving forward, Skool will be the main place for community conversations and updates. To kick things off, drop a comment below with: 1️⃣ One win from this week 2️⃣ One habit you’re currently working on installing Progress can be small or big, it all counts. 📅 Group Zoom Calls Are Coming Back I also want to bring back our group coaching Zoom calls, but with one improvement. Previously the calls ran about an hour, and I know that can be tough to fit into busy schedules. Moving forward they’ll be shorter and more focused, about 30–40 minutes max. The structure will look like this: • ~10 - 15 minutes teaching one specific topic • ~10 - 15 minutes Q&A • ~10 minutes live coaching / hot seats Shorter, more practical, and easier to attend live. Here are the next 5 topics we’ll cover: Breaking a Fat Loss Plateau How to identify a real plateau and the adjustments that actually restart progress. Eating Out Without Derailing Progress How to navigate restaurants, social events, and travel while staying aligned with your goals. Strength Training for Body Recomposition How to structure your workouts to build muscle while losing fat. Winning the Week: Habits That Drive Results The few habits that consistently separate people who succeed from those who stay stuck. Understanding the Scale & Progress Fluctuations Why the scale moves the way it does and how to interpret it without letting it mess with your mindset. Dates and times are TBD

Mon January 12th: Boundaries Build Results🎥
Let me paint a picture. You wake up Monday motivated. Meals planned. Workout scheduled. You’re in it. Then life starts tapping you on the shoulder. The alarm that feels like never turns off... A work request that “can’t wait.” A family dinner you didn’t plan for. A stressful day that ends with “I deserve this.” A late night of doomlessly scrolling because you’re exhausted but wired. Nothing dramatic. Nothing “wrong.” And yet… by Thursday you feel off. By the weekend you’re frustrated. By Monday you’re wondering why this keeps happening. That’s not a motivation issue. That’s what happens when everything and everyone, has access to you. 🧠 Here is exactly why this call matters Most people don’t consciously choose to abandon their goals. They slowly give pieces of themselves away. (often its subconscious) They say yes when they’re already stretched thin. They adapt to other people’s habits instead of honoring their own. They use food, alcohol, or media to soften stress or avoid feeling emotions. They put themselves last and call it being “easygoing.” And over time, that quiet self betrayal adds up. Boundaries aren’t about control. They’re about self trust. They are about protecting something so it can grow. What We’re Actually Talking About This call isn’t about becoming rigid or antisocial. It’s about recognizing the moments where you usually fold and learning how to stand your ground without guilt or drama. Truth is you cant make any sort of actual change without a level of awareness first. We’ll walk through boundaries with: • People — when expectations creep in • Places — environments that pull you out of alignment • Food & alcohol — especially when stress is high • Time & energy — when everything feels urgent • Your own mind — the “I’ll start over Monday” loop You’ll leave with: • Language for moments you normally freeze and conform • Scripts that don’t require explanations or apologies • A way to spot energy leaks before they derail your week • Permission to choose yourself without justifying it
