Shipping “Live Data” Servers
Recently a web hosting data center here in Phoenix announced closing their doors.
Different companies who owned equipment in this center needed their equipment taken out and moved to a new hosting center.
This one needed to go from Arizona to New Jersey.
These servers host “live data” and the companies web systems are down during this time so transport speed is of the utmost importance.
But again protecting all the info in these servers was paramount.
ESD bagging is essential to protect live data (Pink Bags). We bagged each server then protected them from shifting with blocks of PE Foam, crated and secured the contents.
Expedited this crate to its destination and the company was back up online in a matter of days.
Website down?
Maybe it’s because the company was forced to move its data servers to the other side of the country.
We got it done, safely, securely and fast.
