trainer Instructor compensation
I think I’ve asked this question before, but I’m not certain. Other than paying a trainer a percentage of the cost of the session, what other types of compensations do you provide?
Do any of you give a percentage of the new packages that are purchased? And if so, how do you go about doing that? I’m very interested to hear all of you business owners and how you compensate your trainers. Feel free to email me personally [email protected].
